Mariola is a Spanish chef, who grew up in Mexico and now is based in Paris. After completing an internship at The Karel V restaurant in Utrecht, Mariola carved her career working at many fine restaurants including Mural and Kopper in Munich, Breakfast Club and Max & Benito in Vienna as well as confounding Isalola, a successful catering business. Based in Paris since 2018, she has refined her skills working with renowned chefs Cyril Lignac, Jean-François Piège and Chloé Charles as well as heading the kitchen at Le Bel Ordinaire Rive Gauche. Mariola will tantalize your taste buds with a seafood and fish feast like never before! Drawing inspiration from vibrant food markets and using seasonal, sustainable ingredients, Mariola's Mediterranean dishes burst with nature's finest colors and flavors, spiced up with a Mexican flair.

And what's a Mediterranean feast without fantastic wine? Monika, our sommelier freshly returned to Lithuania, is the the owner of Sauvage, a wine distribution company specializing in natural wines. After living abroad in Europe and Asia, Monika had a strong appeal for France and decided to settle in Paris where she worked in various gastronomic restaurants (Amagat, Caché, Le collier de la reine) as a sommelier, tasting an incredibly diverse range of wines, and creating extensive wine lists. Get ready to sip on five perfectly paired natural wines poured by Monika herself.
